Throughout my training, I’ve participated in research investigating emerging-adult well-being at Columbia University and the mental health benefits of religious development and spiritual identity at Loyola University Maryland.

I’ve been privileged to work with children, adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including executive functioning / ADHD, mood disorders, social anxiety, adjustment and complex post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as, couples therapy and parenting counseling. I’ve additionally worked meaningfully with patients exploring or developing their interpersonal identity, sexual and gender preference, as well as, issues related to personal or professional identity, relationships, and complicated bereavement.

I am also trained assessing children and adults’ cognitive functioning, school performance, and, organizational performance, as well as, for pre-bariatric surgery psychological clearance evaluations. Finally, my research interests include emerging-adult well-being, religious and spiritual identity, and, most recently, technology and how it can be used to improve well-being and aid clinical practice.
